Magical Academy: Rise of the Supreme Magic Craftsman

Chapter 446 - End Plan ( 2 )

"The other Space Beasts, are they still at the Luna Lake?" Ace asked Avalon.

He\'s about to meet the other officials of the country to persuade them to go with his plan.

[ Correct. Four Space Beasts have gathered in that place due to some unknown reason. ]

"I see… It\'s good that they\'ve gathered there. It will be easier for us."

It didn\'t take long before Ace was brought to a room within the palace where he met several familiar people and several officials that is running the country.

Apparently, they decided to scatter most of their magicians to ensure that they will not be wiped out in case something bad happens.

However, Ace felt that this is quite a bad decision as it just weakened their forces even more. Anyway, it\'s not like they would be able to find a completely safe location with the alien technology capable of detecting life.

Even if they found an isolated island to preserve their bloodlines, it wouldn\'t guarantee their safety at all.

At the very least, the four Grand Arcanist\'s Manors were still knowledgeable enough to gather their forces together and defend their territory… It means that there are still places in this country that are relatively safe aside from the places that he\'s covering.

Even if the Empire could find its base, it wouldn\'t be easily taken down.

"Sir Wallace… Thank you for coming to save us! If not for your help, this city would\'ve been completely destroyed."

"That\'s right… I heard that you have also sent a group of specialists to fix the barrier. How can we repay you?"

Ace heard the two old men who appear to have a high status in the kingdom. Avalon then confirmed that they are ministers.

One is from the Ministry of Defense and the other is from the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry…

"Sir Stoller and Sir Flacher… There is no need for repaying for my service. We all have a common goal of eliminating the invaders." Ace said with a smile as he didn\'t want to make this big.

Though he doesn\'t like these people as they are the ones who are stopping his expansion plans before, he had to forget these concerns and move on.

That\'s right, they are the government officials who were previously against his plans when he was still starting with his VR Project and also during his creation of Spaceships…

He learned all of this from Avalon and Veda who know the inner workings of the government.

Ace then nodded at Yumi who was looking at him with an apologetic smile.

"The reason I came here is to plan the end of these invaders… We have enough numbers of Lamat Stones to create an Array to kill the Space Beast… We have the Northern Natives to deal with the Terubs… We have a continuously increasing number of Cryptic Mages to deal with the Khrusams. I think that this is the best time to destroy them!"

Ace said decisively.

Grand Sage Maze and Grand Sage Gildartz were impressed by his determination.

Though the head of the Council of War is not present, everyone here can basically influence the whole council as long as they agreed with him.

Aside from that, there was no way for the council to disagree with his words as well. The reason why he was telling this to them directly is to ensure their cooperation and direct compliance to him…

Grand Sage Morris who had just arrived after moving the monarch of this country to a safe place and Grand Arcanist Aura who has been defending the internal structures of the Capital looked at each other.

They were both aware of their country\'s situation. Their monarch is just a figurehead who barely knows anything about magic and only knows how to use money.

The monarch is just relying on the powers of the four Manors and twelve Families that are keeping the balance of this country.

But now that the peaceful times are over, what they need is not a benevolent or innocent leader but a strong commander that will lead them to victory.

It seems that they have to use Ace as their beacon to have all the families and manors unite and fight this final battle.

"You are going to lead us to victory?" Grand Sage Morris asked while caressing his long beard. Instead of a question, it seems that he is showing his doubt for a moment.

"I don\'t think it\'s a problem. You have already proven your skills several times. So I know that you are already more than qualified to lead us all."

Grand Arcanist Aura who is wearing a white and luxurious robe said with a serious tone. He appears to be in his fifties and his aura seems to be very cold.

It is completely opposite to Maze with a fiery aura…

"Well, I guess you\'re not telling this to us to ask permission. Tell us what you really want to happen?"

Gildartz said in a cold tone. He doesn\'t seem to mind the idea of having a young magician lead them.

"Of course, what I want to happen is to have all your Spirit Arts and Soul Arts Practitioners. Though we already know how to deal with the Space Beasts, we need to ensure our victory against the other species. We can only do that through their help…"

Ace then told them about his complete plan to eradicate the scattered enemies.

Due to the plan to drop the floating islands to the spaceships before, they already learned how powerful their defenses are…

So directly attacking their spaceships with brute force is no longer an option. They couldn\'t repeat the same mistake.

"Soul Arts and Spirit Arts Practitioners… Very well, since you already gather several Forbidden Techniques… Then it\'s worth a try…"

"Hmm… And you said that someone had found out how to avoid the backlash of casting Forbidden Magic? That\'s incredible… It means that the burden of the Cryptic Mages will lighten!" Aura exclaimed with a smile.

Ace nodded in satisfaction after hearing their positive response.

He has to thank Charles, Miya, and Miss Chamber\'s team for their hard work. Without everyone\'s help, this war would probably take even longer.

Everyone has agreed with Ace\'s plan and the mission to end the Empire\'s reign has finally started.
